Sandy Troggio is the wife of Joe Hamilton. Sandy was also known as Lee Troggio. Sandy’s husband Joe was an American television producer and actor. Beginning his career as a singer and composer with a vocal group, The Skylarks, Hamilton became the producer of The Garry Moore Show in 1958, where actress Carol Burnett was a regular.
Before marrying Sandy Troggio, Joe has been in other marriages. He was married to Gloria Hartley. Joe and Gloria were married in 1948 and they divorced in1963.
Sandy’s husband also got married to Carol Burnett who was an actress, comedienne, singer, and writer. She is best known for her groundbreaking comedy variety show The Carol Burnett Show, which originally aired on CBS. It was one of the first of its kind to be hosted by a woman. They got married in 1963 and went their separate ways in 1984.
After his separation from Carol that he got to meet Sandy Troggio. Sandy and the husband dated for a while before getting married in 1991.
Sandy and Joe’s marriage didn’t last long, Joe dead 5 months later after their marriage. Sandy Troggio’s husband Joe died from cancer. Joe Hamilton died at the age of 62.
